APPLICATION TO ALL WORK:
Whether or not our paper contract is sign, having us come to do work listed on this contract acts as
acceptance of the tasks, terms and prices listed.
Monthly: Service will be performed once per month for a period of 12 months.
Quarterly: Service will be performed once every three months for a period of 12 months.
Semi-Annually: Service will be performed once every six months for a period of 12 months.
Annually: Service will be performed once per year.
1. CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT
You, the buyer have the right to cancel this contract at anytime from the date of entering into the
contract, until before the first service is rendered. After this period we require 3 months notice on our
12 month contract, 2 months on our quarterly contract and 1 month on our semi-annually contract.
The customer understands and agree that the only way we can offer our services at these low prices
is through our minimum contract commitment and therefore must honor the full term of this agreement
2. STEAM CLEANING
-Will not remove mold that is imbedded inside the grout line. It will only clean the surface.
-May not remove all stains from grout lines some stains may be permanent and can only be removed by our
re-grout process.
-Will not remove most stains from natural stone tiles.
-Will not create cracks in grout or tiles but it may make them visible if they had been filled will soil.
-SHOWER SHOULD BE NO MORE THAN 8 YEARS OLD.
3. MINOR GROUT REPAIRS
Maximum of 10 linear feet of removal and replacement. Re-grouting beyond this will be extra cost.
Re-grouting can caused scratches or chips to tiles and should this occur no tile will be removed unless
they are cracked and visible. Grout colour
may not match existing, this is quite common. (new white grout and old white grout)
4. MINOR CAULKING REPAIRS
Maximum of 20 linear feet of removal and replacement. Caulking beyond this will be extra cost.
Caulking colour may be the same but the new caulking will appear brighter.
5. LIMITED WARRANTY
Groutmasters warrants the caulking, shower/ tub re-grout and shower/tub tile repairs to be free from
defects in materials or workmanship
for one year from the date of installation. This warranty shall not apply to defects resulting from improper
cleaning methods, improper
cleaning chemicals, lack of maintenance, misuse, abuse or neglet. It does not cover normal wear and tear.
6. PAYMENT
Due in full upon completion of work. In the event of non payment of account by the client, the client
agree to pay all reasonable cost of the collection including attorney fee, and interest expenses at 2%
per month. It is specifically understood that all billing, accounts receivables and credit functions of
Groutmasters, are processed in the region of Peel, Ontario, consequently, it is understood that in the
event of a suit or action, the same shall take place in the region of Peel, Ontario.
The client further understands that all rights to litigate outside the region of Peel are herby waived.
7. There will be a $25.00 fee charge for any returned cheque.
